Yanlord Land Group Limited reported Operating results for the month and year-to-date ended August 31, 2023. For the month, the company reported total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks amounted to approximately RMB 1.564 billion on a total contracted gross floor area of 73,009 square metres, a decrease of 80.2% and 41.8% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2022. In August 2023, the total contracted pre-sales of other property development projects under the Group's project management business bearing the "Yanlord" brand name was approximately RMB18 million on a total contracted GFA of 583 sqm.

For year-to-date ended, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates' total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks was approximately RMB24.524 billion on a total contracted GFA of 951,088 sqm, a decrease of 45.2% and an increase of 15.4% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2022. For the eight months ended 31 August 2023, the total contracted pre-sales of other property development projects under the Group's project management business bearing the "Yanlord" brand name was approximately RMB492 million on a total contracted GFA of 18,928 sqm.
