Yanlord Land Group Limited reported unaudited operating results for the month and year to date ended November 2023. In November 2023, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates' total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks amounted to approximately RMB 1.088 billion on a total contracted gross floor area of 38,398 square metres, a decrease of 71.5% and 66.0% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2022.

For the eleven months ended 30 November 2023, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates' total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks was approximately RMB 29.234 billion on a total contracted GFA of 1,143,086 sqm, a decrease of 52.8% and 8.0% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2022.
