Yanlord Land Group Limited reported unaudited group sales results for the month and nine months ended September 30, 2023. In September 2023, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates' total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks amounted to approximately RMB 1.568 billion on a total contracted gross floor area of 67,835 square metres, a decrease of 83.2% and 63.2% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2022.
For the nine months ended 30 September 2023, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates' total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks was approximately RMB 26.092 billion on a total contracted GFA of 1,018,923 sqm, a decrease of 51.7% and an increase of 1.0% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2022.
