Yanlord Land Group Limited reported unaudited group sales results for the month and full year ended 31 December 2023. For the month of December 2023, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates' total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks amounted to approximately RMB 3.118 billion on a total contracted gross floor area (GFA) of 94,382 square metres (sqm), a decrease of 49.1% and 50.7% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2022. The total contracted pre-sales of other property development projects under the Group's project management business bearing the "Yanlord" brand name was approximately RMB 225 million on a total contracted GFA of 9,622 sqm.

For the full year ended 31 December 2023, the Group together with its joint ventures and associates' total contracted pre-sales from residential and commercial units, and car parks was approximately RMB 32.352 billion on a total contracted GFA of 1,237,468 sqm, a decrease of 52.5% and 13.7% respectively compared to the corresponding period of 2022. In addition, a total of approximately RMB 1.997 billion of subscription sales of the Group together with its joint ventures and associates was recorded as at 31 December 2023 and is expected to be subsequently turned into property contracted pre-sales in the following months. The total contracted pre-sales of other property development projects under the Group's project management business bearing the "Yanlord" brand name was approximately RMB 1.584 billion on a total contracted GFA of 73,971 sqm.
