Yi Yingning signed Share Transfer Agreement to acquire 6.83% stake of YanTai Yuancheng Gold Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600766) from Xu Chengdong for approximately CNY 259 million on February 27, 2023. Consideration will be paid as follows, within 1 month from the agreement signing date, Yi Yingning will pay 10% of the transfer price. Within half year from the completion of the transfer, Yi Yingning will pay 50% of the transfer price.

Within 1 year from the agreement signing date, Yi Yingning will pay 40% of the transfer price.
