YIT Corporation signed a contract with Cloudberry Development Oy on a real estate complex to be built as a project management contract close to the front slopes of Levi Ski Resort. The scope of the second construction phase of Icy Hot Chalet Levi ski-in/ski-out holiday apartments, called KKoy Levi Lingonberry, is roughly 6,200 gross square metres. The parties have agreed not to disclose the value of the transaction.

The project consists of 41 chalet apartments, a semi-detached house, a parking hall and a commercial premises unit. The property will also have storage space for residents? use as well as premises for ski storage and maintenance.

The elegant apartments range from 55.5 to 175.5 square metres in size. The second construction phase is closely linked with the first phase, following the same architectural style. The facade cladding is made of ecological, maintenance-free and durable heat-treated timber.

The holiday apartments will be styled in thought-out luxury with large windows opening up to spectacular landscapes. The work has been started and the project is expected to be completed in the autumn of 2025.
