Yujin Robot Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A056080) announced a private placement of 13,777,097 common shares at a price of KRW 3,776 per share for gross proceeds of KRW 52,022,318,272 on December 6, 2017. The transaction will involve participation from existing investor Imanto AG for 2,200,000 shares and new investor Siman Limited Company for 11,577,097 shares. The common shares will be issued by a way of third party allotment. The common shares will be issued at a premium. The shares to be issued in the transaction will be subject to a lock-up period of 1 year from the date of closing. The transaction is expected to close on December 22, 2017. Post the closing of the transaction, the number of shares to be issued by the company will increase from 23,333,996 to 37,111,093. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
