The Company's products and services include semiconductor testing fixtures, semiconductor testing interface boards, integrated circuit (IC) pre-burning testing connectors, wafer and substrate cutting machines, wafer and substrate semi-automatic and fully automatic washing machines and the supply and maintenance of ball-mounted machines, fixtures and components of ball-mounted machines. The Company mainly distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including America, Mainland China and Singapore.
