Ltd. has announced cash dividend of RMB 2.00 (taxes included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders on the basis of 357,009,202 shares after excluding 7,709,342 repurchased shares not participating in profit distribution from total amount of 364,718,544 shares on June 22, 2020, payable on June 23, 2020. The record date is June 22, 2020 and ex-dividend date is June 23, 2020.
