Zhejiang Jianye Microelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 80,253,800 in a round of funding on March 12, 2020. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. The transaction will include participation from returning investor Zhejiang Jianye Chemical Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603948). The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investor at the third meeting of the fourth directorate and the third meeting of the fourth board of supervisors. Post the closing of the transaction, the investor will continue to hold 100% stake in the company.
Zhejiang Jianye Chemical Co., Ltd. is a China-based company mainly engaged in fine chemical products business. The Company's main business is the manufacturing, research, development and sales of low-carbon fatty amines, plasticizers, acetates, and electronic chemicals. Low-carbon fatty amines are widely used in downstream industries such as pesticides, medicines, coatings, dyes, catalysts, curing agents, new energy materials, cosmetics, food additives, fertilizer slow-release agents, and preservatives. Plasticizers are a class of organic substances that are used to enhance the fluidity of plastics during processing and make plastic products flexible. Acetate is widely used in solvents, plasticizers, surfactants and polymer monomers. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
