Unicorn Co., Ltd. announced that it expects to receive ¥10.5 million in funding from ZUU Co.,Ltd.

Unicorn Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 300 common shares at a price of ¥35,000 per share for gross proceeds of ¥10,500,000 on January 28, 2020. The transaction will include participation from returning investor ZUU Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4387). As a part of transaction the stake of the investor will increase from 49.13% to 50.90%. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the investor. The transaction is expected to close on February 12, 2020.
ZUU Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in FinTech platform business, including media service business and FinTech support services business. The media service business is engaged in development and operation of multiple domain specific type of financial web media and smart phone media, as well as provision of advertisement publishing services to financial and real estate companies. The FinTech support service business is engaged in development and management of information dissemination sites for financial and real estate companies, as well as provision of consulting services in the digital marketing field.
