ZUU Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4387) agreed to acquire AWZ Co., Ltd. from Takayuki Takagi and Kosuke Sakurai for ¥130 million on December 27, 2022. As a part of transaction, ZUU will acquire 1500 shares. The transaction will be funded from funds borrowed from Resona Bank, Ltd. Additional payment of ¥370 million will be made depending on degree of achievement. For the year ended March 31, 2022, AWZ reported net worth of ¥51 million, total assets of ¥157 million, sales of ¥410 million, operating income of ¥51 million and net income of ¥32 million. The transaction is expected to complete on January 31, 2023.
