ZUU Co.,Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of 80% stake in Cool Services Inc. from COOL GROUP Co., Ltd.

ZUU Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4387) agreed to acquire 80% stake in Cool Services Inc. from COOL GROUP Co., Ltd for ¥110 million on October 17, 2019. ZUU Co.,Ltd. will acquire 1200 shares representing 80% stake of Cool Services Inc. Post completion, Cool Services Inc. will become subsidiary of ZUU Co.,Ltd. The Board of Directors of COOL GROUP Co., Ltd has resolved the transaction. Completion is scheduled to take place on November 15, 2019. ZUU Co.,Ltd shall pay advisory fee of ¥8.5 million.

ZUU Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in FinTech platform business, including media service business and FinTech support services business. The media service business is engaged in development and operation of multiple domain specific type of financial web media and smart phone media, as well as provision of advertisement publishing services to financial and real estate companies. The FinTech support service business is engaged in development and management of information dissemination sites for financial and real estate companies, as well as provision of consulting services in the digital marketing field.
