ZUU Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4387) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 39,500 shares, representing 1.88% of its share capital, for ¥143.39 million. The company will repurchase its shares in order to enhance shareholder returns, improve capital efficiency and allocate shares to be issued upon exercise of stock options. The share repurchase program will run until June 16, 2020. As of May 31, 2019, the company had 2,106,650 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 40 shares in treasury.
ZUU Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in FinTech platform business, including media service business and FinTech support services business. The media service business is engaged in development and operation of multiple domain specific type of financial web media and smart phone media, as well as provision of advertisement publishing services to financial and real estate companies. The FinTech support service business is engaged in development and management of information dissemination sites for financial and real estate companies, as well as provision of consulting services in the digital marketing field.
