Extension of the Exclusive Promotion Right of XinHuoSu and Imdur

to 31 December 2021

China Medical System Holdings Limited (the "Company", together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") hereby announces that, according to the Promotion Service Agreement (the "Promotion Agreement") signed by the Group through its wholly-owned subsidiary and TIBET RHODIOLA PHARMACEUTICAL HOLDING CO. ("Tibet Pharmaceutical") in which the Group holds 36.83% of the total share related to the promotion of XinHuoSu and Imdur, the terms of the Group's (acting through its wholly-owned subsidiary) exclusive promotion right of XinHuoSu in the global market and the exclusive promotion right of Imdur in the China (excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan) market have been extended to 31 December 2021. The Promotion Agreement was approved at the annual general meeting of Tibet Pharmaceutical held on 4 April 2019 and became effective.
