OSLO (Reuters) - Some 38 percent of shareholders of Oslo Bors VPS have extended their support for Euronext's offer for the Norwegian stock exchange operator, Euronext CEO Stephane Boujnah said on Monday.
"They have extended their support until December 2019," he told a news conference.
Earlier on Monday Euronext raised its bid offer for Oslo Bors, intensifying a battle with Nasdaq for the Norwegian stock market operator.
