BENGALURU (Reuters) - India's Infosys said on Monday Nilanjan Roy has resigned as finance chief.
The IT services provider has appointed Jayesh Sanghrajka as its new chief financial officer, effective April 1, 2024.

Currently, Nilanjan Roy is Chief Financial Officer of Infosys Ltd. He is also on the board of IFFCO Kisan Sanchar Ltd. and Nettle Infrastructure Investments Ltd. He previously held the position of Global Chief Financial Officer at Bharti Airtel Ltd. and Finance Director for Unilever NV. He received an undergraduate degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce and an undergraduate degree from the University of Delhi.
