Fredrik Brodin

Fredrik Brodin is the founder of Mengus and Hembla AB, founded in 2005 and 2017 respectively.
He is currently the Chairman of Box Bygg AB, Lkf Fastigheter AB, Xob Fastighetsutveckling AB, Box Bygg Fastighetsutveckling AB, Box Holding AB, Agev Fastighetsutveckling AB, Raybased Proptech AB, Box Gruppen AB, and a Director of Broville AB, Broville Holding AB, Byggsystem AB Stenholm, Oh Fyllinge AB, Oh Hassleholm AB, Alpcot Holding AB, and Triad Fastigheter AB.
He held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Stendörren Fastigheter AB from 2014 to 2019 and was the Chief Executive Officer of Stayat Hotel Apart AB and Offentliga Hus i Norden AB.
He was also the Chairman of Raybased Holding AB and Managing Director of Cartera AB.
He served as an Independent Director at Randviken Fastigheter AB.
He graduated from the Royal Institute of Technology.
