Gary Graham

Gary has over 40 years of experience working with emerging growth companies and has been engaged in more than 125 financings for domestic and international public and private entities.
Gary founded First Capital Ventures (then First Capital Business Development) in 2005 to collaborate with entrepreneurs, investors, private equity groups, venture capital funds and investment banking firms to restructure, finance and revitalize high potential, under-performing startup and re-start companies.
Gary has served as Chairman, Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer of several private and public corporations.
Prior to founding First Capital, Gary spent more than 30 years in investment and merchant banking.
He began his career at Smith Barney, where he specialized in developing financing solutions for high growth companies.
Gary also worked on special project financing for Drexel Burnham Lambert, and later owned a Denver-based investment bank for nearly two decades.
Gary is a US Army Vietnam veteran (Sergeant, 1st Cavalry Division), and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and an associate degree in organizational psychology from Meyers College in Cleveland, Ohio
