In addition, he spent over eight years with KPMG LLP, most recently as a senior manager, and has extensive public accounting experience in the services, distribution, manufacturing, retail and telecommunication industries.
Mr. Ratley is a CPA and holds a degree in Accounting from Centenary College of Louisiana.
