Martin Lynch O'Neil is the founder and currently holds multiple positions.
He founded Valentia Management LLP in 2003 and is currently the Director.

He was also a Managing Director at JP Morgan & Co. From 2015 to 2018, he served as the Executive Vice President at International Container Terminal Services, Inc. He was the Head-London Office at Telegraph Hill Communications Partners LP from 2001 to 2003.
Mr. O'Neil obtained his undergraduate degree from Harvard College in 1983.
