Prof.
Dr. Michael Groß has been Managing Director with Seed Capital Brandenburg GmbH since 1993 and has been active in the field of Venture Capital.
Since 2000 he has been the Managing Director of the BC Brandenburg Capital Group (Emphasis: early stage and first expansion investments as well as business management, especially in ICT, Testing and Measurement Technologies, Nano Technology and Aviation Technology).
After studying economy (specialising in financial and business management, international marketing) he occupied several management functions in the tyre and electronics industry in the areas of research, distribution, planning and finance, as well as technology development.
Since May 2003 Prof.
Groß is a member of the board Bundesverband Deutscher Kapitalbeteiligungsgesellschaften - German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association e.V.
(BVK).
He is an honorary professor at the technology college Wildau and is responsible for the subject area of corporate finance.
