Dr. Ping Zhou is a Managing Director at Neuberger Berman Fund Management (China) Co. Ltd.
He is the CIO of quantitative investments in Neuberger Berman (Shanghai) and a senior portfolio manager of the Quantitative and Multi Asset Class (QMAC) division.
His primary responsibilities are quantitative equity portfolio management and research, as well as other applications of quantitative investments such as asset allocation.
Dr. Zhou leads the firm's effort in building China quantitative equity business and heads the firm's systematic emerging market equity investments.
He has also been a portfolio manager of the firm's systematic global equity strategy from 2010 to 2017.
Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Zhou was an assistant professor of accounting at the Stan Ross Department of Accountancy, Zicklin School of Business, City University of New York, Baruch College, where he taught MBA and undergraduate Financial Accounting courses.
He earned a BS in Economics (Accounting) at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (China).
