Rajeev Seshadri

Rajeev Seshadri was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of LiveDeal, Inc. in January 20, 2009.
He was Chief Financial Officer of UFC, Inc. from 2002 to 2008.
Mr. Seshadri was a Principal of Chestnut Associates from 2000 to 2002 and from 1991 to 1996, Chief Financial Officer of Cybercsi.com from 1999 to 2000 and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Chinese Media Group from 1996 to 1999.
He was Research Analyst at K.A.
Knapp and had been Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of several private companies in the Internet and technology spaces.
Mr. Seshadri received a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from IIT in India, in 1972 and received an MBA in Finance and Strategic Marketing from the University of Michigan in 1983.
