Semiconductor maker Analog Devices Inc. said Wednesday it expects to generate $1.44 billion in revenue, plus or minus $70 million, for its fiscal fourth quarter.

In the third quarter, which ended Aug. 1, Analog reported a 2% fall in revenue to $1.46 billion.

The company expects to earn a profit, following adjustments, of $1.32 a share at the midpoint for the current quarter.
