Sofia Richie Signs on as the Face of the Collaboration as Juicy Couture celebrates its 25thYear

September 9th, 2020 -Italian sportswear brand,Kappa, and Los Angeles-founded leisurewear brand, Juicy Couture, are thrilled to announce the launch of a 2-drop capsule collection withSofia Richiedebuted as the face of the campaign ringing in Juicy's milestone 25thyear.

The celebrity-loved brands have teamed up to offer a collection that blends contemporary fashion with nostalgic feelings, reinterpreting classic Juicy Couture silhouettes with theKappaaesthetic.

The collaboration features fitted tracksuits, tube tops, belted bum bags, slides and more in a pastel palette of mint and blush, along with neutral offerings in a shade of black smoke. Each design includes instantly recognizable details including iconicKappaOmini logo depicting a man and woman sitting back-to-back with the Juicy Couture initials "J"and"C"across the classicKappaBanda running along the arms and legs of the tracksuit. The collaboration also includes the iconicJuicystamp inits signature Gothic fontacross the seat of the track pants.

The inaugural drop of the collaboration will be a collection fully composed in delicate silk satin, followed by a second drop in velour in time for fall with nod to a fabric that has become synonymously tied with the Juicy Couture brand over its 25 years in business. The full collection embraces Juicy Couture's LA heritage- a girl of leisure with a touch of glam - with a tributary nod to the early Aughts pop-culture scene.

Sofia Richiebrings an exciting energy to the collaboration as the face of the campaign. The collection is brought to life through the campaign's creative team, which includes make-up by Sam Visser and styling by Mimi Cuttrell. Photographed by Amber Asaly, the resulting imagery showcases an effortless attitude and ease that comes from wearing the collection throughout the day spent in extravagance at a chateau in the foothills of LA.
