Axight Capital Limited entered into an agreement to acquire an unknown minority stake in La Trobe Financial Services Pty Limited from Brookfield Business Corporation (TSX:BBUC) on April 16, 2026.

There will be no change to the directors or senior management of the Responsible Entity and Investment Manager for LF1.

The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
