Real estate firm Diös has signed a five-year green lease agreement with the education group Edukatus Alliance for office space in the Saga property on Götgatan in central Umeå, according to a press release.
The premises cover just over 300 square meters and will be occupied in June, bringing the property to full occupancy. The office is being upgraded with new finishes and energy-efficient technical solutions.
Edukatus Alliance is moving to the site to meet the demand for a more central and operationally tailored workplace.

It is engaged in the acquisition, development, management and sale of primarily commercial real estate property, such as offices, retail premises and industrial premises, among others. Its real estate portfolio is focused in the municipalities of Borlange, Falun, Gavle, Mora, Ostersund, Sundsvall, Skelleftea and Lulea.
