Fidel Limited announced that it has raised $3.8 million in a round of funding co-led by returning investors Bain Capital Ventures,LP, NYCA Partners LLC, and QED Investors, LLC on May 5, 2026. The transaction included participation from new investor Mastercard Incorporated and returning investor Visa Inc.. The company has issued convertible preferred stock in the transaction.
