Flow Capital Corp. announced the appointment of Matthew Gan as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective June 1. Matthew succeeds Michael Denny, who has served as Chief Financial Officer since September 2023 and will be retiring. Matthew brings more than 13 years of experience across finance, investments, capital markets, and operating leadership.
Most recently, he served as Managing Director, Credit and Due Diligence at Flow Capital, where he led transaction due diligence, credit operations, and portfolio monitoring.
