Energy technology firm Gomero Group is implementing a leadership transition as Johan Rask takes over as the new CEO today, Monday, April 7. The executive change was first announced last November in conjunction with the third-quarter earnings report.

The move comes at a stage where the company aims to embark on its next phase of growth.

"The focus now is on continuing our profitable growth journey, both domestically and internationally. I look forward to driving this work forward together with the team," Rask stated.

Former CEO Jan-Eric Nilsson will transition into a strategic role focusing on major accounts and partnerships.

Rask's appointment means he will step down as Chairman of the Board but will remain a director until the Annual General Meeting. Meanwhile, board member Alf Engqvist has been appointed acting Chairman until the AGM.
