The nomination committee of financial group Spotlight Group has revised its board proposal ahead of the annual general meeting on May 13. The revision entails the election of Gisli Hennermark as the new Chairman of the Board, according to a press release.

The move follows the resignation of Spotlight's former Chairman, Günther Mårder, who stepped down after being remanded in custody on suspicion of aggravated insider trading.

Sara Uhlén has been serving as acting Chairwoman pending the annual general meeting.
