Construction group Veidekke, through its subsidiary Seby, has signed an agreement with Scandinavian Property Group for the first phase of the Stovner Torg residential project in Oslo, valued at approximately NOK 350 million, according to a press release.
This phase comprises 137 apartments. In total, 280 homes are planned across three phases, representing a total contract value of approximately NOK 670 million.
Construction is scheduled to begin in May, with completion slated for the first quarter of 2028.
