BlackBerry said it would sell $160 million of convertible senior notes due in 2029 in a private offering. Shares of the Canadian security software company drop 12% to $3.12 in after-hours trading.

Purple Innovation said it completed a debt refinancing that gave it more financial flexibility. Shares of the mattress company climb 14% to 93 cents in after-hours trading.

Texas Instruments reported a drop in profit amid lower revenue in the last quarter of 2023 and guided for another drop in profit to start the new year. Shares of the chip maker fall 4.3% to $166.90 in after-hours trading.

SAP will undertake a multi-billion euro restructuring this year that will affect 8,000 jobs as it ratchets up its focus on business-related artificial intelligence. Shares of the German business-software company rose 4.9% to $171.37 in after-hours trading.
