3Cnergy Limited announced that following the completion of the proposed acquisition of the entire issued share capital of DTP Infinities Limited from DTP Inter Holdings Corporation Pte. Ltd. by 3Cnergy Limited (the Company) via a reverse takeover, Mr. Iqbal Jumabhoy will be appointed as Director of the Company as part of the re-constitution of the Board. Appointment date is January 23, 2024.

Role And Responsibilities: Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director. Areas of responsibility (among others): 1. Providing leadership for the continued growth of the Group. 2. Developing and executing strategies and tactics to achieve the vision and goals of the Group.
