Jabon International Co., Ltd. (GTSM:1566) agreed to acquire 15% stake in DAIICHI KASEI CO., LTD. from ABICO-FS Co., Ltd. (GTSM:8071) for approximately ¥390 million on April 12, 2017.

ABICO NetCom Co.,Ltd., formerly Abico FS Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the manufacture, processing and distribution of electronic components and optoelectronic products. The Company mainly involves in the manufacture and sale of office machine parts and components; the design and distribution of metal stamping molds and plastic injection molds; the manufacture and sale of pre-recorded disks and stampers, and the distribution of electronic materials and passive materials, among others.
