ActiveOps PLC - Reading, England-based management process automation software provider for back-office operations - Names James Bawa as group managing director, Anna Itsiopoulos as APAC regional managing director, and Alex Darko as regional chair of the Africa business, each reporting to Chief Executive Officer Richard Jeffery. Bawa was previously CEO of PEXA UK, taking it from start-up to an AUD1 billion-market cap Australian Stock Exchange listed payments platform.
