Aeria Inc. (JASDAQ:3758) announced a private placement of 17,454 29th series warrants at ¥1,980 per warrant for gross proceeds of ¥34,558,920 on May 28, 2018. The transaction will include participation from existing investor, Oak Capital Corporation, Investment Arm. The transaction is expected to close on June 13, 2018. The warrants will be exercised from June 13, 2018 to June 12, 2020. Each warrant is exercisable into 100 shares of the company. The company will issue the warrants via third party allotment method. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the company. The company expects to incur certain issue expenses as part of the transaction.
