Aeria Inc. (JASDAQ:3758) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 600,000 shares, representing 2.67% of the outstanding shares for ¥300 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until April 15, 2021. As of November 13, 2020, the company has 22,510,454 shares outstanding and 1,138,974 shares in treasury.
