Aeria Inc. (JASDAQ:3758) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 600,000 shares, representing 2.6% of the outstanding shares for ¥300 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until September 15, 2020. As of March 13, 2020, the company had 23,110,454 shares outstanding and 538,974 shares in treasury.

IT service segment is engaged in the provision of an affiliate platform specializing in online electronic publishing, the development and management of systems for data service businesses such as managed hosting, and the operation of websites. Content segment is engaged in the development, distribution, and operation of smartphones and tabletsâ games, and the sale of drama compact discs (CDs), voice CDs, and character goods.
