Rhopressa increases the outflow of aqueous humor through the trabecular meshwork (TM), which accounts for approximately 80% of fluid drainage from the healthy eye and is the diseased tissue responsible for elevated IOP in glaucoma. Rocklatan is a once-daily fixed-dose combination of Rhopressa and latanoprost, a drug for the treatment of patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
