EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) — EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) — Agiliti Inc. (AGTI) on Tuesday reported a fourth-quarter loss of $5.7 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Eden Prairie, Minnesota-based company said it had a loss of 4 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 13 cents per share.

The results surpassed Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of five analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 12 cents per share.

The medical equipment services provider posted revenue of $292 million in the period, meeting Street forecasts.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $19.4 million, or 14 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $1.17 billion.

Agiliti shares have risen 25% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $9.88, a decrease of 45% in the last 12 months.
