Aluflexpack AG (SWX:AFP) agreed to acquire 80% stake in Teko Aluminyum Sanayi Anonim Sirketi on April 4, 2022. Ventura Partners acted as consultant to Aluflexpack. The net sales of the acquired business were approximately €16 million in 2021.
The transaction is expected to close in Q2 2022. Ernst & Young Corporate Finance GmbH acted as financial advisor to Aluflexpack AG (SWX:AFP).
