Aluflexpack AG (SWX:AFP) signed an agreement to acquire 68% stake in Helioflex North Africa S.P.S on October 5, 2023. The local management of Helioflex remains invested. Helioflex has reported net sales of approximately ?6.1 million in 2022.
The acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals. The transaction is expected latest in first quarter of 2024.
