ALUPAR INVESTIMENTO S.A. ('Company'), a publicly held company, registered with the CVM under number 2149-0, pursuant to Article 157, paragraph 4, of Law 6404, of December 15, 1976, as amended, and Instruction 358 issued by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ('CVM') on January 3, 2002, as amended, informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in this date, sold in the 26th New Energy Auction A-6 of 2017, 18.2 average MW of the Verde 08 SHPP, located in Rio Verde, municipality of Santa Helena de Goiás, State of Goiás. The value of the electricity commercialized in the auction was R$ 218.89/MWh (two hundred and eighteen reais and eighty - nine centavos - base Dec/17) for a period of 30 (thirty) years, starting delivery as of January 1, 2023.
We emphasize that, according to the Material Fact published by the Company on May 29, 2017, the original contracts of Verde 08 SHPP were terminated by the MCSD ('Compensation Mechanism of Surplus and Deficits') A4+.
