On May 5, 2021, American Tower Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its intention to offer 8,500,000 shares of its common stock in a registered public offering, subject to market and other conditions. Also, on May 5, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing that it had priced its offering of 9,000,000 shares of its common stock at $244.75 per share.
