Animoca Brands Corporation Limited announced that Jillian McGregor has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company effective September 21, 2015. The company also announced that Jillian McGregor has been appointed as the person responsible for communication with ASX in relation to listing rule matters. Ms. McGregor currently holds and has held company secretarial positions for other listed and unlisted companies. The company also announced the resignation of Donald Stephens effective as of September 30, 2015.
