AOI Electronics Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2012. For the period, Net Sales were JPY 6,940 million, operating income was JPY 690 million, ordinary income was JPY 724 million and net income was JPY 425 million or JPY 35.48 per share against net sales of JPY 6,626 million, operating income of JPY 436 million, ordinary income of JPY 439 million and net income of JPY 246 million or JPY 20.51 per share for the same period a year ago.
The company expects dividend of JPY 10.00 per share for the second quarter of fiscal year ending March 2012.
The company expects dividend of JPY 20.00 per share for the fiscal year ending March 2013.
The company net sales of JPY 13,662 million, operating income of JPY 997 million, ordinary income of JPY 1,010 million and net income of JPY 502 million or JPY 41.80 per share for the first half of fiscal year ending March 31, 2013.
