APQ Global Limited is a Guernsey-based global emerging markets income company. The principal activity of the Company is to invest in companies in emerging markets through the purchase of a variety of financial instruments, including equity, bonds, and derivatives, through the subsidiary APQ Cayman Limited, and through direct investments in private companies. The objective of the Company is to steadily grow its earnings to seek to deliver attractive returns and capital growth through a combination of building growing businesses as well as earning revenue from income generating operating activities in capital markets. It operates a diversified and liquid portfolio, takes strategic stakes in selected businesses, and plans to take operational control of companies through the acquisition of minority and majority stakes in companies with a focus on emerging markets.
