Avon Protection plc Proposes Interim Dividend for the 52 Weeks Ending 28 September 2024, Payable on 6 September 2024

The Board of Directors of Avon Protection plc has proposed an interim dividend of 7.2 cents (2023: 14.3 cents) per qualifying ordinary share in respect of the 52 weeks ending 28 September 2024. This interim dividend will be paid on 6 September 2024 to shareholders on the register at 9 August 2024 with an ex-dividend date of 8 August 2024.
